Junior Buyer (Front of House)

Job Description

PayMore Electronics is hiring a Junior Buyer / Sales Specialist to support high-volume customer transactions. This role focuses on accurate device evaluations, pricing consistency, and efficient customer processing. Meeting metrics, being comfortable talking to customers, and meeting KPI Metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed device testing and condition grading
• Research resale values using internal tools
• Make competitive purchase offers to customers
• Process high-volume trade-in transactions
• Collaborate with back-of-house teams for inventory flow
• Maintain compliance with company buying standards
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Evaluate, test, and inspect consumer electronics (phones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, etc)
• Explain pricing and make purchase offers based on condition and market value
• Complete transactions accurately using POS systems
• Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of mobile devices and electronics specifications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Retail or electronics experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable negotiating and explaining offers
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
