Junior Chat Support Representative

As a Junior Chat Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and helpful information regarding products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them through solutions in a clear and patient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all relevant information is logged for future reference.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues and checking in post-resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat or online environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with chat support software and general computer skills.
  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
  • Time Management: Capable of managing multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent O’levels and A’levels.

Salary: 40k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Gulberg Colony: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Support: 1 year (Required)
