About Us

Naseem Perfumes is a leading fragrance manufacturer in the UAE, known for producing high-quality alcohol-free and premium perfumes. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Chemist to join our production and R&D team in Ajman.

Job Summary

The Chemist will be responsible for perfume formulation, quality control testing, raw material analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify perfume formulations as per company requirements.
• Conduct laboratory testing and quality control of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure batch consistency and maintain formulation records.
• Monitor stability testing and product performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of lab reports and production data.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams regarding raw materials.
• Support R&D activities for new product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in perfume, cosmetics, or chemical manufacturing (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fragrance compounds, raw materials, and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with MSDS and safety regulations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
