Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with contractors to ensure work completion as per design, safety, and quality norms.
- Supervising and executing finishing activities including plastering, blockwork, putty, and gypsum.
- Preparing subcontractor bills and monitoring progress as per schedule.
- Maintaining daily site reports and ensuring adherence to client standards.
- Executing interior and RCC works as per specifications.
- Managing finishing works such as brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and false ceiling.
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
