Job Summary: Pearl Concept Habitat LLP is seeking a Junior Site Engineer for our residential project, Pearl Grace, in Kurla East. This role provides critical support to the Senior Engineer in ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Supervision: Oversee daily labor outputs and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Measurements: Assist in taking site measurements for contractor billing.
• Documentation: Update site logs, labor attendance, and material wastage reports.
• Technical Support: Assist the Senior Engineer in setting out layouts and levels.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct preliminary checks on workmanship before the Senior Engineer's final inspection.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Technical: Familiarity with IS codes and standard construction practices.
• Language: Fluency in Hindi and basic English (Marathi is a plus for labor interaction).
