Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–10 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Site-based and office-based work depending on project needs

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of civil engineering projects
• Support site supervision and construction activities
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Monitor construction progress and report site updates
• Ensure work follows design standards and project requirements
• Assist in material inspections and quality control checks
• Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and senior engineers
• Help prepare technical reports and documentation
• Support cost tracking and project scheduling activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction regulations

Skills for This Role

• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Site supervision and construction support skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of experience welcome
• Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication and reporting skills
