Junior Civil Engineer (DM Approval for Steel Structure)

We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support our projects. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing on-site execution of the Project, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site execution of work for renovation, fit-out and new build projects.

Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.

Ensure compliance with DM regulations and handle Dubai Municipality inspections.

Monitor quality control and safety on site.

Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Assist the project manager with site reporting and progress tracking.

Prepare method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.

Manage structural modifications, reinforcements, and steel installations on-site.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

DM Approved Engineer for Steel Structures – Mandatory.

1–3 years of UAE experience in civil/structural site work (preferably in renovations or fit-outs).

Solid understanding of villa renovations, extensions, and structural alterations.

Familiarity with Dubai building codes and approval procedures.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
