Junior Civil Engineer (UAE National)

Key Responsibilities

• Support project engineers and site teams in day-to-day civil works execution.
• Assist with site supervision, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth site progress.
• Help prepare technical reports, daily site records, and material submittals.
• Participate in inspections, QA/QC checks, and handover documentation.
• Review BOQs, take-offs, and assist in cost and quantity tracking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• UAE National (family book required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in a civil engineering or site-related role (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit/Primavera is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
