As a Junior Client Account Manager, you will play a key role in representing our clients’ brands, engaging directly with prospective customers inside local retail spaces. The Junior Client Account Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness through management, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our retail marketing initiatives. The ideal Junior Client Account Manager thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, is customer-focused, and is eager to grow professionally while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Client Account Manager

  • Increase brand visibility and awareness for our clients through engaging promotions, in-store activations, and direct interactions with prospective customers.
  • Build meaningful customer relationships to drive sales, loyalty programs, and customer enrollment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer data while adhering to confidentiality and privacy policies.
  • Support additional tasks as needed with fellow Junior Client Account Managers to contribute to the success of outreach campaigns, merchandising efforts, and promotional initiatives.

Junior Client Account Manager Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in management, sales, retail business development, or customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and actively participate in community engagement and brand promotion efforts.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to connect with a diverse customer base and meet sales targets.
  • A passion for continuous learning, professional development, and career growth in the retail management sector.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to think independently and solve problems effectively in retail environments.
