Junior Closer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Junior Closer for Final Expense Insurance. The Verifier will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of client information, policy details, and compliance with insurance regulations. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales teams and maintaining client trust by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before policy issuance.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).

· Experience: Previous experience in insurance verification, claims processing, or a related field is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or insurance software systems.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of final expense insurance products and regulations is an advantage.

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: 100,000 PKR

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound Final Expense Telesales calls.

Verify customer information and confirm their interest in plans.

Close sales with professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Verifier or Closer in Final Expense, ACA, or Medicare campaigns.

Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
