About Us:

Wit.Co is a female owned commercial interior and graphic design firm specializing in creating captivating branded environments and functional spaces for our clients. At our core, we’re all about great design, interesting spaces, and clever solutions. Our favorite projects? The ones where we get to bring both sides of our business together—starting with a fresh logo and branding and then using that as the foundation for a full-scale interior transformation. From paint colors and finishes to custom furniture, fixtures and wall graphics, we love making thoughtful choices that bring each space to life in a way that’s both unique and functional. We collaborate closely with architects, general contractors, and trusted vendors to ensure our designs are seamlessly executed from concept through installation.

We love what we do and where we do it. We value family, time away, and a great work-life balance—while also embracing the reality that the occasional late night or weekend work trip is just part of the adventure. If this sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Commercial Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and play an active role in bringing our designs to life.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our internal design team and project manager to support finish and fixture selections, prepare design documentation, and contribute throughout the design phase of each project. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating with designers, suppliers, contractors, and clients. The ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

If you’re a proactive self-starter with a positive, fun-loving attitude—and you don’t mind the occasional Friday margarita or mocktail —you’ll fit right in.
