Job Title: Junior Commis Chef (Cold Kitchen)

Location: Palma Beach Resort, Umm Al Quwain

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commis III to join our Cold Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will support daily kitchen operations, assist in food preparation, and ensure consistent quality while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and other cold kitchen items.

· Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared and stocked for service.

· Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the Chef de Partie.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area.

· Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

· Assist senior chefs in daily operations and support other sections when required.

Requirements

. Competitive salary with service charge

· Previous experience in a cold kitchen or similar role preferred.

· Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety.

· Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
