Junior Communications Assistant

Job Summary
We are searching for a detail-oriented and professional Junior Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication processes. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys writing, organizing information, and ensuring that messaging is clear, accurate, and consistent across all formats.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting internal and client-facing documents, memos, letters, and service updates.
• Help proofread and edit presentations, printed materials, and branded documents.
• Organize communication templates, reports, and correspondence files.
• Support coordination of client communications including appointment reminders, updates, and onboarding packets.
• Maintain accurate contact lists, communication logs, and document archives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $980.00 - $1,268.00 per week
