Junior Compliance Consultant

We are seeking a Junior Compliance Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Junior Compliance Consultant will be actively involved in supporting clients with regulatory compliance requirements, conducting assessments, preparing documentation, and assisting in the development of compliance frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing compliance risks, preparing detailed reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The role will play a key part in promoting adherence to local and industry-specific regulations.

• Strong foundation in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate risks and provide comprehensive recommendations
• Clear and effective Communication skills for preparing reports and liaising with clients and team members
• Understanding of Finance and financial operations for compliance-related matters
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a regulatory or compliance-related role is advantageous
• Knowledge of ADGM or DIFC regulatory frameworks is a plus
