Junior Consultant

Taurus Group Consulting, is looking for Experienced HR Consultants to join our team.

The primary focus of the role is to carry out specific tasks and responsibilities pertaining to client projects in the areas of Competency Profiling, Selection and Assessment Systems, Learning and Development Program Delivery, Performance and Talent Management system design consulting services.

Our new team members will be certified in related products and services along with our up and coming partnerships.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the delivery of HR consulting projects such as competency profiling, assessment center implementation and performance & talent management system design.
• Delivering training on human resources related topics.
• Engaging in business and product development activities.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in business, human resources, social sciences or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources; especially in competency models. (Experienced Consultant)
• Strong customer focus.
• Experience in utilizing technology for HR, specifically Learning & Development activities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Strong teamwork/collaboration skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• No obstacle for travel.
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
• Proficiency in web-based applications for assessment & development.
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
