Junior Content & Growth Executive- Socia media management

We are looking for a high-energy, hungry creator who wants to build brands from scratch. This is not only a desk job. You will shoot, edit, post, coordinate with influencers, and help scale multiple food brands across UAE and India.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Shoot daily content (kitchen, product, founder, influencer)

• Edit reels (Instagram-first)

• Manage posting calendar

• Write captions aligned with brand tone

Social Media Management

• Grow Instagram pages (CK, ASF, Founder)

• Reply to DMs and comments

• Track weekly analytics

Micro Influencer Coordination

• Identify influencers

• Outreach and negotiate

• Coordinate deliveries

• Track posting and performance

Basic Paid Ads

• Launch awareness campaigns on Meta

• Boost posts • Monitor reach, CPM, engagement

• Work with Shopify pixel

Brand Support

• Shoot product photography

• Help with packaging shoots

• Support launches

Skill Requirements • Knows how to operate DSLR / mirrorless camera • Can edit reels (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut) • Understands Instagram algorithm basics • Has run basic Meta ads before • Comfortable being around food/kitchen environment • Fast executor

Personality Fit • Startup mindset • Self-driven • Not waiting for instructions every hour • Comfortable with chaos • Willing to experiment

KPI Structure (First 3 Months) • 20+ pieces content/month • 3 brand pages active weekly • 8+ influencer activations/month • 2–3x increase in organic reach • Consistent ad execution without agency
