The Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Content Producer who is passionate about videography, photography, and visual storytelling.

This role is responsible for contributing to consistent weekly video production and supporting measurable marketing performance through high-quality content execution. You will play a key role in visually documenting our work and elevating our brand presence across digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Videography & Photography

• Capture high-quality video and photo content of vehicle protection services and detailing transformations
• Film customer reveals and behind-the-scenes operations
• Maintain lighting, framing, and audio standards aligned with brand presentation
• Maintain and organize production equipment
• Ensure all content reflects our luxury brand standards

Editing & Content Production

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Contribute to editing 2 long-form YouTube videos per week (5–10 minutes)
• Add captions, music, and brand-consistent visual elements
• Organize and label 100% of weekly raw footage
• Collaborate with leadership on content planning and execution

Social Media Support

• Upload scheduled content
• Respond to comments and messages during business hours
• Assist in tracking engagement metrics and reporting performance

Production & Performance KPIs

You will be responsible for contributing to the following measurable outputs:

Weekly Output Metrics

• 4–6 high-quality short-form videos per week
• 2 long-form YouTube videos per week (5–10 minutes)
• 100% of raw footage organized and archived weekly
• Consistent weekly automotive photography documentation

Monthly Performance Metrics

• Contribute to 10%+ month-over-month follower growth
• Support maintaining 6–8%+ engagement rate on short-form content
• Contribute to 50%+ average YouTube retention rate
• Support 15%+ monthly growth in YouTube views
• Respond to 100% of comments within 24 business hours

Performance evaluation is based on content quality, consistency of output, editing improvement, and contribution to department-wide marketing performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of videography or video editing experience OR strong portfolio required
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Understanding of lighting, framing, pacing, and storytelling fundamentals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
• Portfolio submission required
