**Position Overview:**

As a Junior Contracts & Billing Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing contracts & billing work.

**Location:** Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities:**

• Drafting of the Work Order with the Technical Terms and Conditions.
• Reviewing & finalization of Quantity, BOQ.
• Contract Management as per the clauses mentioned in the Contract documents.
• Technical & rates discussion with the Contractor/vendors and Shortlisting.
• Analysis of rates, Quantity Surveying, Market research/Comparison of rates with existing ones.
• Negotiation with the short-listed vendors primarily in terms of Price, Time schedule and payment terms.
• Coordination and Verification of Contractor bills.
• Comparison of the quotes received.
• Negotiate & finally closing it in the provisional budgeted cost.
• Prepare work orders with proper Terms & Conditions.
• Coordination with the different departments.
• Coordination with the different project sites for floating indents & contractor bills.
• Handling ERP / Farvision software for work orders.
