Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer – Civil to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs for high-rise construction projects, ensuring projects are completed within budget and in line with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management.
• Assist in analyzing variations and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams on financial planning.
• Maintain accurate records of all project costs and resources.
• Support procurement and contract management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in cost control for high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
