Junior Creative Designer – Branding, UI/UX & Social Media

We are looking for a highly creative Junior Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of experience in branding, digital design, and visual communication. This role suits someone who loves playing with ideas, turning concepts into eye-catching visuals, and contributing fresh design energy to websites, apps, and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to design standout visuals for brands in UAE, India, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Identity

• Create logos, brand guidelines, style manuals, and complete identity systems
• Maintain visual consistency across branding projects

Digital & Social Media Design

• Design social media posts, ad creatives, reels covers, carousels, banners
• Create stunning visuals for campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms

Website, App & UI/UX Assets

• Design mobile app UI screens, icons, mockups, and visual elements
• Prepare web and app graphics: hero sections, UI assets, illustrations, icons
• Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, color systems across app & web
• Support in creating click-through prototypes on Figma (basic knowledge is enough)

Marketing & Communication

• Design brochures, pitch decks, PDFs, infographics, and brand presentations
• Closely coordinate with marketing teams to deliver high-conversion creatives

Creative Ideation

• Develop unique concepts for brands, websites, apps, and campaign visuals
• Bring fresh styles, trends, and design directions into the team

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Figma (bonus)
• Motion basics (Adobe After Effects or Canva animations) - nice to have
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals: spacing, visual hierarchy, color systems
• Ability to convert ideas into clean screen layouts for mobile apps
• Creativity + originality (not template-copy designers)
• Ability to create brand identities from scratch
• Ability to turn rough ideas into polished visuals
