Balash Media is a full-service advertising and marketing agency creating campaigns across TV, radio, digital, and print for clients in industries including automotive, retail, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, and more. We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer / Scriptwriter who is eager to learn, contribute, and support a busy creative team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience developing campaigns across multiple platforms and industries.

Success in this role requires a strong interest in advertising, storytelling, and visual design. While experience in automotive or agency work is a plus, we’re primarily looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in writing and editing scripts for TV and radio commercials
  • Storyboarding scripts for TV Commercials
  • Support the creation of digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media, etc.
  • Design graphics for digital, print, and in-store materials
  • Collaborate with designers, account executives, and project managers to meet campaign deadlines
  • Help prepare creative assets for production and client delivery
  • Follow internal, client, and manufacturer style guidelines
  • Update and adapt creative assets for seasonal promotions and campaigns
  • Proofread scripts and marketing materials for accuracy and clarity
  • Stay current with creative trends, design tools, and advertising formats
  • Provide general creative support to the team as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field (internships and freelance work count)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with Canva and other design tools.
  • Strong interest in copywriting, storytelling, and visual design
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Comfortable collaborating with a team while also handling independent assignments
  • Agency or automotive experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time
