Junior Creative Strategist - US

This is a remote position.

Kasper is a creative subscription company that helps brands scale high-performing content and ads across digital channels.

Kasper is hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to support creative strategy, production, and performance across client accounts.

This is an execution-focused role working directly with senior leadership. The focus is on building, organizing, and improving creative output across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, structured creative briefs using internal frameworks
  • Research and compile high-performing ad concepts, hooks, and formats
  • Support the development of creative strategies for client accounts
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and creators to execute briefs
  • Review and QA creative assets before delivery
  • Track and log performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hold rate, etc.)
  • Identify patterns in winning and underperforming creatives
  • Maintain organized workflows in project management tools (ClickUp)
  • Join client calls, take notes, and support follow-ups

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, content, or creative roles
  • Strong interest in advertising, content, and performance marketing
  • Basic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Ability to analyze data and extract clear insights
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to execute quickly across multiple projects
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience writing ad copy or content
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience working with designers, editors, or content creators
