Junior Creative Video Editor - Track

Overview

Finz Games is launching a structured six-week, studio-based Video Editing & Animation Internship designed to help emerging video editors and animators transition into real-world game and digital content production. Participants will work closely with experienced creative leads, editors, and producers to create production-ready video content for games, marketing, and social platforms.

The program focuses on hands-on learning, professional workflows, regular feedback, and strong portfolio development. High-performing interns may be considered for junior-level roles, making this a clear pathway from learning to employment.

About the Track

This is a structured six-week program conducted in a studio-style environment. You will:

-Edit videos for games, ads, and social media content

-Create basic motion graphics and animations

-Receive weekly feedback with clear improvement goals

-Graduate with a stronger, industry-ready video portfolio

Eligibility / Who Should Apply

● Students and fresh graduates from: o MediaStudies

o Film & TV Production

o Animation

o Multimedia / Digital Media or any related discipline

● Strong interest in video editing, animation, and digital content

● Willingness to receive feedback and iterate

● Consistent availability for the full six-week duration

Key Responsibilities

● Edit short-form and long-form videos

● Create basic 2D animations and motion graphics

● Add sound effects, background music, and basic transitions

● Follow brand guidelines and creative direction

● Deliver clean, platform-ready video exports

Tools & Software

● Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)

● Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge is a plus)

● CapCut

● or similar tools are acceptable
