Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service cum Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual at an early stage of their career who is eager to grow in both customer service and basic accounting/bookkeeping functions.

This is a junior-level role; senior candidates are kindly requested not to apply as the position is aligned with a junior budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally via email, phone, and online portals
• Assist in bookkeeping tasks (data entry, invoices, receipts, and records)
• Support accounting operations under supervision
• Use company portals and internal systems efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and accounting-related matters
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or junior accounting/bookkeeping roles
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable using online portals and business software (accounting or CRM systems is a plus)
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Must be good in English
