of land is worth takes weeks. People have to search through dozens of different government

websites or pay expensive experts. Aradi changes that. We bring all that data together like

official property sales, rental contracts, and local rules into one simple platform.

We also show how everything in a city connects. For example, our tools help users see how

a new metro station or school changes property values nearby. At the center of it all is Aradi

AI, a smart assistant that reads through millions of data points and turns them into clear

Role Description

Everything Aradi does starts with data.

This role helps build and maintain the foundation behind the platform.

You'll collect, organise, verify, and analyse real estate data from across the UAE Some days

you'll be researching transactions, developments, and market activity. Other days you'll be

out in the field visiting projects, attending events, and gathering information that doesn't

exist online.

You'll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure our data stays

accurate, reliable, and useful.

It's a hands-on role with exposure to both real estate and technology from day one.

What You'll Do

• Collect, validate, and structure real estate market data from a wide range of sources.
• Maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of datasets across the platform.
• Conduct market research on projects, developers, transactions, rents, and land sales.
• Visit sites and developments across the UAE to gather on-the-ground intelligence.
• Attend industry events and build relationships with market participants.
• Identify gaps in our data coverage and help close them.
• Create reports, summaries, and insights that support product development and customer needs.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve data workflows.
• Support the ongoing expansion of Aradi's market coverage and datasets.

What You Bring

• A degree in data science, business, economics, real estate, geography, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to investigate problems independently.
• Interest in real estate, cities, infrastructure, and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai and the UAE when required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or GIS tools.
• Exposure to UAE or MENA real estate markets.
• Experience sourcing or cleaning large datasets.
• Knowledge of property transactions, development projects, or valuation concepts.
• Existing network within the UAE real estate sector.
