Junior Data Analyst – Garment Sector

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate production and inventory data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze KPIs such as line efficiency, rejection rate, and production targets.
• Monitor fabric consumption and trims usage against BOM.
• Support costing and order analysis.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and merchandising teams for accurate data.
• Develop dashboards using Excel or BI tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in garment/apparel industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Understanding of garment production flow (cutting, sewing, finishing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
