Junior Dentist

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients to inform them about Clove Dental’s services and offers.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, or walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments for dental consultations across Clove Dental clinics.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Handle patient queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Gather feedback from patients and contribute to improving service quality.
• Coordinate with the clinic operations and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
