Junior Deployment Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Deployment Specialist to help with the hardware deployment process from beginning to end. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys solving logistics challenges, and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our products are configured, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time to clients around the world.

In addition to client-focused deployments, this role will also help with in-house inventory intake, ensuring our internal hardware and materials are accurately tracked, organized, and ready for use.

Note: This role is on-site and requires regular physical presence to support hardware handling, inventory, and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Configuration: Help set up and configure hardware according to client-specific requirements.
• Shipping Coordination: Create shipping labels and waybills, package equipment and help manage outgoing shipments
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to support deployment best practices and assist in streamlining workflows for better efficiency and scalability.
• Receive, process, test and deploy RMA devices for customers
• Tracking and receiving incoming products and help with the monthly inventory count
• Organizing inventory accordingly and maintain cleanliness
• May have to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

• Experience with shipping and delivery is considered an asset
• Technical aptitude for hardware setup and basic troubleshooting
• Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal direction and supervision
• Comfortable working hands-on while guiding others and coordinating daily tasks
• Good communication skills, especially when working cross-functionally or with third-party logistics providers
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Able to thrive independently while being a collaborative team player

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in SaaS
• Comfortable using shipping tools and inventory management systems
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
