POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Design Rendering & Graphics Specialist to join our growing architecture and interior design studio. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for photorealistic visualization, emerging AI-powered design tools, and a foundational knowledge of Autodesk Revit. You will play a key role in producing ultra-realistic renderings of commercial and residential real estate projects, helping clients envision spaces before a single wall is built.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce ultra-realistic 3D renderings and visualizations for commercial and residential real estate projects, including interiors, exteriors, and site context views
• Build, texture, and light 3D scenes using Revit models as a base, enhancing them with rendering platforms such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or equivalent
• Leverage and continuously expand knowledge of AI-driven design and rendering tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, AI-assisted denoising and upscaling) to accelerate workflows and push creative boundaries
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate design intent into compelling visual narratives
• Prepare presentation-ready graphics, mood boards, and marketing collateral for client meetings, proposals, and social media
• Maintain and organize a library of materials, textures, 3D assets, and HDRI environments
• Stay current with industry trends in real-time rendering, AI integration, virtual staging, and immersive visualization technologies
• Support BIM workflows by extracting and refining geometry from Revit models for rendering pipelines
• Perform post-production editing in Photoshop, Lightroom, or comparable tools to achieve final-quality deliverables

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Design Rendering & Graphics, Architecture, Interior Design, Visualization, or a related field
• Base working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (model navigation, view creation, exporting for rendering)
• Demonstrated ability to produce ultra-realistic renderings of architectural spaces, with a portfolio showcasing commercial and/or residential projects
• Proficiency in at least one industry-standard rendering engine (Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and image generation tools, with an eagerness to deepen expertise and integrate AI into day-to-day production workflows
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and camera techniques as they apply to architectural visualization
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production and graphic design tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) or virtual/augmented reality visualization
• Exposure to SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D
• Understanding of BIM workflows and how rendering integrates with the broader design and documentation process
• Coursework, certifications, or self-directed projects demonstrating the use of AI in creative or architectural contexts
• Experience creating virtual staging or virtual tours for real estate marketing
• Video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) for animated walkthroughs

• Develop increasing proficiency with AI prompt engineering as it applies to image generation, style transfer, and design iteration

Pay: $51,941.69 - $62,553.43 per year
