Position Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer supports Fire Bros.' brand presence across retail, marketing, apparel, and product launches. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership, this role is responsible for producing impactful visuals in support of product launches, retailer engagement, events, social media, and apparel initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of modern design trends and cannabis culture, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, incorporate feedback, and consistently deliver clean, retail-ready creative.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Marketing Design

  • Design promotional graphics for retail mailers, product launches, social media, vendor days, events, sell sheets, and digital campaigns.
  • Create and resize assets for web, print, email, and social platforms.
  • Assist with photo editing, mockups, and production-ready artwork.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all materials.

Apparel & Lifestyle Branding

  • Support creative development for clothing drops and merchandise launches.
  • Assist in building lifestyle-focused visual campaigns.
  • Help manage and organize creative assets including logos, templates, fonts, and graphics.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership on campaigns and creative projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas in a team setting.
  • Incorporate feedback professionally and execute revisions in a timely manner.
  • Support fast-turnaround projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Production & Organization

  • Prepare print-ready files for vendors and production partners.
  • Maintain organized project folders and consistent file naming conventions.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and deadline-ready.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and social media content design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years of professional design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
  • Background in cannabis, lifestyle, streetwear, music, or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Experience in photography, motion graphics, or video editing is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22-$28/hr DOE

Working Conditions & Environment

While performing essential duties and responsibilities you may be exposed to moderate to loud noise levels. You may be exposed to workplace hazards due to the working environment and conditions present, you are expected to take safety precautions and wear PPE as appropriate. You may be exposed to dust, smells, fumes, vapors, or mist. Depending on the location, some toxic or caustic chemicals may be present. PPE is always available and provided.

Pay: $57,537.07 - $69,291.95 per year
