We are seeking a full-time Junior Designer to join our team. While the position includes work-from-home flexibility, it primarily requires in-person work in our Hollywood Studio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company working on exciting creative projects across the United States.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional eye for design, who is motivated, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Our projects vary in scope, focusing predominantly on high-end residential design. The ideal candidate will support our Founder/Designer throughout all project phases, from design development to installation. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage a fast-paced schedule with meticulous attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and update AutoCAD drawings
• Develop detailed 3-D renderings
• Request vendor quotes and communicate order details, statuses, etc.
• Expedite and track responsibilities for all orders and deliveries
• Collaborate with the Founder / Principal Designer to prepare and update client presentations
• Assist in all client-facing interactions

Additional Responsibilities:

• Attend site visit meetings with owners, contractors and sub-contractors
• Source furnishings, fabrics, stone, tile, and accessories for projects, as needed
• Coordinate internally with logistics and back-office departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop
• Proficiency with 3-D rendering using V-Ray
• Maintain strict confidentiality (many Canyon Creative Studio clients require NDAs)
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Remain calm and professional when faced with challenging situations

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
