Role Overview

Enseo is seeking a Junior Designer to join our Operations team, designing the evolution of hotel television UI/UX experiences. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is eager to learn large-scale, real-world product design and be mentored by senior design leadership.

You will train directly under the Director of Multimedia, gaining hands-on experience designing interfaces used daily by hotel guests across major hospitality brands. This position requires to work full time in our Plano, Texas office.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in designing hotel TV user interfaces, implementing services such as streaming apps, content menus, casting, and live TV screens.
• Support the creation of visual layouts, and UI components for interactive television platforms
• Prepare design assets for development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance awareness
• Work within established design systems, brand guidelines, and platform constraints
• Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers
• Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative improvements
• Assist with design collaboration with large-scale hotels

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or related field
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and visual hierarchy
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to take feedback and iterate thoughtfully
• Interest in digital products, interactive media, or hospitality technology

Nice to Have

• Interactive UI/UX experience
• Understanding of accessibility or usability fundamentals
• Interest in television, streaming platforms, or interactive media
