Job Overview

Alizay Saad is hiring fresh graduate Designers who are creative, dedicated, and willing to grow with a luxury handmade fashion brand.

We are looking for an All-Rounder Specialist who may have less experience, but has the right attitude, learning mindset, and strong work ethic.

This role involves exposure to design, materials, adda work, and stitching coordination, making it ideal for candidates who want hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in design-related tasks (sketching, layouts, references, coordination)
• Support in pack & dispatch of parcels.
• Basic understanding and coordination of Adda work / hand embellishment
• Gain and apply basic knowledge of fabrics, materials, and trims
• Assist and coordinate with the stitching department (basic workflow understanding)
• Follow up on samples, finishing, and quality checks
• Support daily operational tasks as an all-rounder
• Willingness to perform both light and demanding tasks when required.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Fashion Design / Textile Design / Graphic Design or related field
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, materials, and adda work (preferred, not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of stitching and tailoring processes
• Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva / Adobe – a plus)
• Strong willingness to learn and do hard work
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment

Less experience is acceptable — dedication and willingness to learn are most important.

Salary & Growth

• Internship Salary: PKR 30,000 per month
• Performance-based increments after evaluation
• Growth potential up to PKR 120,000 per month
