Premier Claims is a public adjusting firm that advocates for property owners throughout the insurance claims process. We help our clients navigate complex claims, maximize their settlements, and ensure nothing gets overlooked.

We’re growing and looking for a Junior Desk Adjuster to join our team — someone who is organized, persistent, and ready to help move claims forward from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support our Desk Adjusters and play a key part in keeping claims moving and on track.

Day-to-day looks like:

• Reviewing claim documentation, estimates, photos, and reports
• Identifying missing damage, gaps in scope, or incomplete information
• Following up with insurance carriers to keep claims progressing
• Supporting negotiations related to scope, pricing, and coverage
• Keeping claim files organized and up to date in our systems
• Helping prevent delays and pushing claims toward resolution

You’ll be hands-on in the process — not just observing, but actively helping drive claims forward.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and doesn’t let things fall through the cracks.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple tasks or claims at once
• Communicate clearly and aren’t afraid to follow up (persistently)
• Can spot missing information or inconsistencies
• Think critically and connect the dots between damage, coverage, and estimates

Experience That Helps (but not required for all):

• Background in insurance, claims, roofing, construction, or restoration
• Experience reviewing estimates or property damage
• Familiarity with Xactimate, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Public Adjuster license (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
