Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Developer to join our in-office team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will be the backbone of our web operations — managing a high volume of WordPress updates, DNS configurations, and third-party script integrations that power dozens of auto repair shop websites. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving technical puzzles, and take pride in keeping systems running like clockwork, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage DNS records and domain configurations, including A records, CNAME, and nameservers
• Update and maintain WordPress websites using the Elementor page builder
• Install and configure third-party scripts including scheduling tools, call tracking, and analytics platforms
• Troubleshoot WordPress issues related to plugins, themes, performance, and errors
• Ensure proper setup and integration of Google systems including GA4, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Support senior developers by independently handling routine maintenance and operational tasks
• Complete 40–50 technical tasks per day with accuracy and minimal oversight

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience with WordPress development or web support; agency or high-volume environment preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with WordPress, including themes, plugins, and Elementor
• Working knowledge of DNS management (A records, CNAME, nameservers)
• Experience installing and configuring third-party scripts and tracking tools
• Familiarity with Google systems: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cPanel/WHM or web hosting environments
• Exposure to marketing tools such as CallRail or similar tracking platforms
• Experience managing multiple WordPress sites at scale

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $45,000 – $55,000

Work Schedule & Location

Standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Full-time, in-office role located in Duluth, GA.
