Job Overview

Mindware Infotech is hiring freshers for the position of Junior Developer – Intern / Trainee to work on our in-house projects, including Job Portals, POS Systems, and Application Development.

This role is ideal for candidates who want practical industry exposure, hands-on development experience, and long-term growth in a startup environment.

Internship Structure

• First 15 Days: Unpaid training and performance evaluation
• After 15 Days:
• Performance-based stipend will be provided
• Evaluation based on technical skills, learning ability, discipline, and contribution
• Total Internship Duration: 6 Months

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in application and web development tasks
• Work under senior developers on live projects
• Learn and implement features using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, React, Node.js, etc.
• Fix bugs and support testing activities
• Follow coding standards and project timelines
• Participate in daily updates and code reviews

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers only
• Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of programming or web technologies
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ready to work in-office at Dwarka, New Delhi
