Junior Digital Designer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Client as a Junior Digital Designer to support their growing marketing, events,

and content needs. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who enjoys working across multiple

formats—decks, social, events, web, and video—and wants to grow under the mentorship of a design

leader.


You'll play a key role in helping our client move faster, stay on brand, and elevate the visual quality of their

marketing and content efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Sales Design
  • Design and update sales, executive, and marketing decks
  • Create campaign assets aligned to brand and messaging guidelines
  • Support product launches and announcements with visual assets
  • Event & Field Marketing Support
  • Design event assets including signage, booth graphics, one-pagers, slides, and post-event
  • follow-ups
  • Adapt creative quickly to meet fixed deadlines tied to event schedules
  • Social & Content Design
  • Create social graphics, templates, and visual systems to support both video and static content
  • Design thumbnails, cover images, and branded layouts for LinkedIn and other channels
  • Help elevate consistency and polish across social campaigns
  • Website & Digital Design
  • Support website updates, page refreshes, and modular design components
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve visual storytelling on the siteVideo & Motion (Nice to Have)
  • Create simple motion graphics or animated assets
  • Support video content with lower-thirds, title cards, or visual overlays

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital, marketing, or graphic design
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma is required—this is the clients primary design tool.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is also expected.
  • Experience designing decks, digital assets, and social graphics
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize time-sensitive work
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Nice to Have

  • Experience with event design
  • Basic motion graphics or video experience
  • Familiarity with website or UI design
  • Familiarity with Webflow

Team & Growth

  • You'll work closely with the Director of Brand and Product Experience who oversees the design of both the brand and product
  • Structured onboarding and mentorship over the first 3 months
  • Opportunity to grow into broader ownership across marketing and digital design
