Junior Digital Marketing Assistant (On-Site | I-9/3 Islamabad | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM)

ITfiers is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team on-site. This role is primarily focused on Off-Page SEO and Content Writing, but you will also gain exposure to other areas of digital marketing including social media, email marketing, and general campaign support. If you have experience building quality backlinks and creating content that ranks, we want to meet you. We follow white-hat SEO practices only.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting and outreach campaigns.
• Research relevant websites for link-building opportunities and conduct competitor backlink analysis.
• Write SEO-optimized blog posts, guest posts, and website content.
• Draft professional outreach emails to secure backlinks and build partnerships.
• Monitor backlink profile and identify toxic links for disavowal if needed.
• Track keyword rankings and organic traffic using SEO tools.
• Prepare monthly reports on referring domains, traffic, and rankings.
• Assist with social media scheduling and content distribution across platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns including drafting newsletters and managing lists.
• Perform basic website updates and content uploads.
• Collaborate with the on-site marketing team on content calendars and campaign planning.
• Contribute to general marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in off-page SEO and backlink building.
• Proven ability to write SEO-optimized content.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Strong written communication skills for outreach.
• Understanding of domain authority and backlink metrics.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing.
• Willingness to learn and assist across multiple marketing channels.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team in person.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with guest posting campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, or social media scheduling tools.
