About the Role

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other social media platforms.
• Optimize website and social media content for SEO and organic reach.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to increase engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts, blogs, reels, etc.) aligned with brand goals.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and respond to online queries/comments.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop marketing creatives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
