About Us

House Banao is a growing construction and interior designing company dedicated to creating premium and functional living spaces. We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of digital campaigns, enhance our brand visibility, and support the company’s online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, etc.).
• Independently handle SEO tasks including keyword research, content optimization, backlinking, and performance tracking.
• Manage social media pages: create calendars, publish content, track engagement, and drive growth.
• Run and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for social posts, blogs, ads, and emailers.
• Analyze digital metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and share insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
• Support lead generation activities and manage CRM entries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience in handling performance marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Good content writing skills and creativity in designing digital posts (Canva or similar tools).
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction/interior design industry (preferred but not mandatory).
