Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

SEO

• Perform on-page optimization (titles, meta tags, interlinking, image optimization)
• Manage off-page activities (directory submissions, backlinks, guest posting)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Prepare basic monthly SEO performance reports (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create or coordinate with designer for creative content (Canva experience preferred)
• Write captions and hashtags aligned with brand tone
• Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve growth

Paid Media (Google & Meta Ads)

• Setting and handling the paid campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
• Report and suggest improvements
• (Training will be provided for advanced campaign setup)

Coordination

• Communicate with clients/team for content requirements
• Maintain weekly marketing calendars and reports
• Keep up with latest trends in SEO, social media, and performance marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
