Job Overview

Uniwork Technologies is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on expertise in

SEO, PPC, and Web Analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving organic growth, managing paid

campaigns, and analyzing performance data to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

● Execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies

● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

● Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta elements

● Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority

● Monitor and improve search engine rankings

PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)

● Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns

● Perform keyword bidding and budget optimization

● Monitor campaign performance and conversion rates

● Optimize ads to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead

Web Analytics & Reporting

● Track and analyze website performance using GA4

● Set up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager

● Monitor KPIs like traffic, conversions, bounce rate

● Prepare performance reports with actionable insights

● Use data-driven strategies to improve campaign results

Required Skills & Tools

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing

● Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Web Analytics

● Hands-on experience with:

○ Google Analytics (GA4)

○ Google Ads

○ Google Search Console

○ Google Tag Manager

○ Ahrefs / SEMrush

○ Meta Ads Manager (preferred)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Excellent communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
