Junior Digital Marketing Executive (with Content Writing Skills)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive who has a strong interest in digital growth and hands-on content writing skills. In this role, you’ll assist with executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and producing content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team on SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategies while learning and growing in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email, Social Media).
• Support with SEO tasks including keyword research, meta tags, on-page optimization, and backlinks.
• Manage posting schedules and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
• Help manage email marketing campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit.

Content Writing:

• Write engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts, website content, product descriptions, email copy, and social media captions.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and tone.
• Assist in developing content calendars and brainstorming new content ideas aligned with the brand voice.
• Research industry-related topics to create value-driven content.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content writing (internships count).
• Strong written English skills – grammar, storytelling, tone, and structure.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
• A portfolio or examples of blog posts, marketing copy, or social media content is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing and content creation.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Canva or basic graphic design skills
• WordPress or CMS experience
• Understanding of performance marketing (paid ads)
• Video content or short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok)
