We're looking for a sharp, curious, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who's ready to grow fast. This isn't a role where you follow a playbook — you'll be expected to think, test, and bring new ideas to the table. If you're someone who gets excited about figuring out what works and why, this is the right fit.

You need to be comfortable with the usage of AI and being able to use new technology.

You'll be working directly on paid media campaigns across Google and Meta, learning to optimize for performance, and over time building real relationships with clients. The growth path here is clear — we promote from within and we're looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just a job.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Testing new strategies, audiences, and creative concepts to continuously improve results
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance and KPIs
  • Supporting client communication on performance updates and insights (with guidance as you ramp up)
  • Collaborating on SEO and light social strategy
  • Bringing fresh ideas and a creative mindset to campaign strategy and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or a related field (agency experience a plus, not required)
  • Comfort working inside Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
  • A creative, testing-oriented mindset — you like experimenting and thinking outside the box
  • Strong analytical thinking and a genuine curiosity about what drives performance
  • Clear communicator who can explain data in plain language
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
  • Accountable, responsive, and self-directed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with A/B testing
  • Agency or multi-client background
