Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and proactive Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and excited to get hands-on experience across social media, content creation, and campaign support, this role is for you. You will work closely with our global marketing team to increase our online presence, engage our community, and help drive workshop bookings and online product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Assist in drafting, scheduling, and publishing engaging marketing content, including captions, visual posts, and newsletter copy.
• Create quick, visually appealing assets using tools like Canva or basic Photoshop.
• Help monitor and report on monthly marketing performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to spot creative trends and opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining and updating product listings and blog content on our Shopify store.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer feedback.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team for seasonal events and campaign launches.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level English (written and spoken) — excellent communication skills are essential for copywriting and collaborating with a global team.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (internships, freelance work, or personal projects welcome — no formal degree required).
• Strong self-motivation, time-management, and discipline to thrive in a 100% remote environment.
• Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and social media management tools.
• Practical understanding of basic marketing concepts, SEO fundamentals, and social media trends.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and analytics tools (Google Analytics) is a strong plus.
• High motivation to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
