Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to join our team in Beyoğlu, Istanbul.

This is a full-time, on-site internship where you'll work closely with our creative and production teams. You'll be involved in social media management, content creation, community management and video production while gaining hands-on experience with local and global brands.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts across different platforms.
• Create short-form photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Support community management by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Research social media trends, formats and platform updates.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas for brands and Bite's own channels.
• Assist during content productions and shooting days.
• Support video editing and content adaptation for different platforms.
• Prepare simple presentations and content plans when needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying Marketing, New Media, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Cinema & Television or related fields.
• 2nd, 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Passionate about social media, digital culture and content creation.
• Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when needed.
• Able to shoot basic photo and video content using a smartphone or camera.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and current digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Turkish language and grammar.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or freelance experience in social media or content creation.
• Experience managing personal or brand social media accounts.
• Photography or video production experience.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop or Figma.
• Interest in marketing, advertising and creative production.
