Junior Doctor

1. Conducting patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations

2. Participating in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

3. Monitoring and managing the ongoing care of patients.

4. Assisting in or performing various medical procedures, under the supervision of senior doctors.

5. Administering treatments and medications as prescribed.

6. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.

7. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to analyze test results and develop treatment plans.

8. Participating in ward rounds to discuss and plan patient care with the healthcare team.

9. Updating patient charts and records.

10. Responding to medical emergencies and providing initial care.

11. Assisting in resuscitation efforts when necessary.

12. Collaborating with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

13. Communicating effectively with patients and their families, providing information and addressing concerns.

14. During emergency situations or on the announcement of code blue the doctor should rush down and should attends the case in person without any fail.

15. Participating in educational activities and training programs.

16. Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

17. Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance medical knowledge and skills.

18. Adhering to medical ethics, legal guidelines, and institutional policies.

19. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

20. Seeking guidance and supervision from senior medical staff.

21. Providing education to patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.

22. Completing administrative duties related to patient care.

Qualifications:

- MBBS with TCMC

Experience:

- 0-2 yrs

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
