Junior Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Draftsman with experience in roads and utilities projects. The candidate will support the engineering team in preparing and updating technical drawings for infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and plans for road and utility projects
• Modify and update drawings based on engineer instructions
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all drafting work
• Coordinate with senior draftsmen and engineers for design updates
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
• Follow company and project drafting standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in roads and utilities/infrastructure projects
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD
• Understanding of construction drawings and standards
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to infrastructure or road projects
• Familiarity with local authority requirements is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 per year
