We are hiring a Junior E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to support our online product catalog. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh candidates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience.

You will be responsible for uploading and managing product data using our custom-built admin portal, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and basic SEO optimization of listings. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload product listings using a custom admin dashboard
• Enter product details including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and variants
• Ensure all product data is accurate and properly formatted
• Apply basic SEO practices (keywords in titles and descriptions)
• Categorize products correctly within the system
• Review and correct missing or incorrect product information
• Maintain consistency across all product listings

Requirements

• Fresh to 1 year of experience (data entry or e-commerce preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) is a plus
