You support our team as

Junior E-commerce Sales ( F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations across e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Ninja), ensuring listings are live, accurate, and optimized.
  • Maintain product data, pricing, and stock availability across platforms using internal systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and online channels to ensure availability and avoid stockouts or missed sales.
  • Process customer purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Track account performance, sales results, and category/SKU achievement against monthly targets, including returns and cancellations.
  • Support online merchandising activities such as promotions, banners, campaigns, and content optimization in coordination with Marketing.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports, sharing insights and updates with the direct manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to resolve issues, support collections, and ensure smooth account operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • No prior work experience required; internships, university projects, or coursework in analytics or e‑commerce are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and performance data.
  • Excellent Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail, structured working approach, and strong willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
